OpenTCAD(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 서비스가 어떤 개인정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용·보관·파기하는지를 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
서비스는 Google 계정을 통한 로그인(OAuth 2.0) 시 다음 정보를 수집합니다.

서비스는 Google 로그인 시 openid, email, profile 범위(scope)만 요청하며, 비밀번호는 수집하지 않습니다. 인증은 전적으로 Google을 통해 이루어집니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 로그인 인증
- 시뮬레이션 세션 및 프로젝트 데이터의 이용자 연결·관리
- 서비스 운영, 이용 통계 분석 및 서비스 개선
- 공지사항 전달 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 의사소통
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
서비스는 이용자가 회원으로 유지되는 동안 개인정보를 보유합니다. 회원 탈퇴를 요청하거나, 마지막 로그인 후 12개월이 경과한 경우 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 동의 없이 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 다음의 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 일부 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

5. 개인정보의 보관 위치
수집된 개인정보는 대한민국(서울) 소재 AWS 데이터센터에 저장됩니다. 시뮬레이션 원본 데이터는 서버 내에서만 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
- 본인 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제 요청
- 개인정보 처리 정지 요청
- 회원 탈퇴 및 개인정보 파기 요청
권리 행사는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자의 연락처를 통해 요청하실 수 있으며, 서비스는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구가 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.

9. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스 정책의 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
OpenTCAD ("the Service") respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use, store, and dispose of it.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with your Google account (OAuth 2.0), we collect:

We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes from Google. We never collect or store your password; authentication is handled entirely by Google.
2. How We Use Your Information

- Associating and managing your simulation sessions and project data
- Service operation, usage analytics, and service improvement
- Communicating about the service, including announcements
3. Retention Period
We retain your personal data for as long as you remain a registered user. If you request account deletion, or after 12 months of inactivity since your last login, we delete your data without undue delay, except where retention is required by law.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Processors
We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent. We use the following service providers to operate the Service, which may process some of your data:

5. Data Storage Location
Collected personal data is stored in AWS data centers located in the Republic of Korea (Seoul). Simulation source data is processed only on the server and is never transmitted externally.
6. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Request suspension of processing
- Withdraw your account and request data deletion

7. Disposal of Personal Data
Once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is fulfilled, we dispose of personal data without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner.
